Violet Grgich, President and CEO of Grgich Hills Estate Winery, carries forward the legacy of her father, world-renowned winemaker Miljenko “Mike” Grgich, and mother, esteemed philanthropist Tatjana Grgich. This is evident through her deep commitment to crafting world-class wines and using her knowledge and passion to aid international humanitarian and agroecological initiatives.
Zlatko Mateša, PhD
President of the Croatian Olympic Committee
Zlatko Mateša, PhD, completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 1974. He passed the bar exam in 1978 and earned his master’s degree in the same field in 1990, again from the University of Zagreb. Mateša earned his PhD at Beijing Sport University in 2009.

Joe Flamm is the Culinary Director of Day Off Group, overseeing Chicago restaurant stalwarts Rose Mary and BLVD Steakhouse. Born and raised on Chicago’s South Side, Joe is a veteran of some of the city’s most prominent and Michelin-starred kitchens, and winner of Bravo’s Top Chef season 15.

Musical Artist and Entrepreneur
Tajči (Tatjana Cameron) is a Croatian pop singer, songwriter, and actress best known for representing Yugoslavia at the 1990 Eurovision Song Contest with the hit "Hajde da ludujemo." Beloved for her powerful voice and stage presence, she became one of the most popular music icons in the region during the early 1990s.
